Then the CommonSpirit Health Administrative Fellowship in Enterprise Resilience is your opportunity to strengthen our foundations!

About the Fellowship:
Elevate your career with our immersive 18-month post-graduate program, meticulously designed to cultivate future leaders in strategic organizational resilience. This fellowship will specifically focus on developing strategic resilience and business continuity leadership. As a successful fellow, you will take initiative to lead critical projects, such as Business Continuity Management (BCM) implementation across diverse landscapes. You will adeptly prepare and deliver compelling executive briefings to senior leadership, showcasing your strategic insights and communication prowess. Furthermore, you will consistently demonstrate insightful contributions to operational challenges across various regions and markets, playing a key role in safeguarding CommonSpirit Health's ability to deliver essential care. This hands-on experience will prepare you to become a key leader in enterprise risk management, operational strategy, and disaster preparedness. This is a remote role, with the potential for occasional travel. Anticipated start date is July 2027

What You'll Do:

  • Executive Mentorship: Work closely with executive sponsors to guide your rotations.

  • Hands-On Operations: Gain practical experience in various functional areas.
  • Leadership Opportunities: Take on substantive projects to develop your skills.
  • Diverse Experiences: This fellowship will specifically focus on developing strategic resilience and business continuity leadership, with a successful fellow taking initiative to lead critical projects like BCM implementation, adeptly preparing and delivering executive briefings to senior leadership, and consistently demonstrating insightful contributions to operational challenges across various regions and markets.

What You'll Need:
Master’s Degree in either:

  • Master of Health Administration (MHA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Master of Public Health (MPH)
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
  • Or equivalent degree from an accredited graduate program

Graduation Status: Completion of all on-campus requirements and eligibility to graduate upon fellowship completion
Experience: Less than 5 years of professional experience.
Graduation Date: Must have graduated with an applicable Master’s Degree between Spring 2024 and Spring 2028
Commitment: A strong interest in healthcare management and leadership.
