You Are:

The Work:

This role will engage deeply with subject matter expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time, fostering an environment where collaboration and thoughtful decision-making drive success.   • Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.

  • Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.

  • Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.

  • Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.

  • Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

  • Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement

Here's what You Need:

  • Minimum of 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 10 years of equivalent industry experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Central with EC Time (must have EC certification of some kind)

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time certification

  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus points if:

  • You know how SAP's business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more

  • Master Stakeholder Communications

  • You demonstrate effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.
