• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients’ mental health, creating tailored treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals.
• Engage in individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies while adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records and documentation using electronic health records (EHR) software, while ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance counseling techniques and stay informed on industry best practices.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring that clients are on the right path to achieving their mental health objectives.

The clients you will be serving range from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our client-centered approach focuses on creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment where individuals feel safe to share their experiences and concerns. You will be instrumental in helping them navigate their personal journeys to mental wellness.

• Valid Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong computer proficiency, with a solid understanding of Google Suite and EHR systems to manage client records and facilitate communication effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.
• Experience using telehealth platforms and providing remote counseling services is a plus, as it aligns with our current operational model.
• Proficiency in handling diverse client needs, particularly in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
