  • Agile Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Grooming, and Retrospectives.
  • Technical Impediment Removal: Identify and triage technical blockers relating to cloud infrastructure, code integration, and system dependencies.
  • Engineering Coaching: Mentor the team on Agile engineering best practices, automated testing, and CI/CD workflow efficiencies.
  • Cross-Functional Bridge: Translate complex technical discussions between software architects, developers, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Metrics & Transparency: Track team performance using velocity charts, burn-down metrics, and BI dashboards.

  • Experience: 4+ years acting as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach within software engineering environments.
