Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Scrum Master (Program Manager) in Nashville, TN.
Core Responsibilities:
* Facilitate delivery across multiple agile teams/workstreams under Elevate Clinician Digital Experience Program
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
* Lead Development of the Clinician Experience MVP Product build, including ensuring backlog management across workstreams
* Support sprint planning and execution; Surface risks and dependencies for resolution by Program Manager
* Manage vendor coordination, Timeline, and resource planning (ensuring teams are accurately tracking timecards)
* Partner with Transformation Team, Digital Product, IT Gov, Data and Analytics, and platform leads to sequence delivery and dependencies and hit quarterly outcomes
* Establish clear operating rhythms, reporting, and stakeholder communications
* Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to foster continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
* Demonstrated multi work stream scrum management for Clinical Digital Experience initiatives at enterprise scale
* Proven budget and resource management across internal teams and external partners
Tooling:
* Jira & Azure DevOps for facilitating scrum ceremonies
* Familiarity with Excel, Oracle, and ServiceNow for budget and program tracking
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
