What is a Scrum Master Analyst?

Scrum Master Analysts are professionals who facilitate Agile Scrum processes within teams, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and according to Scrum principles. They combine the responsibilities of a Scrum Master—such as coaching team members, removing impediments, and organizing Scrum ceremonies—with analytical skills to assess project metrics and improve processes. Their role helps teams collaborate effectively, adapt to changes, and continuously improve their workflow.
