• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health concerns of patients, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform your understanding of their needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans for clients that are aligned with their behavioral and emotional goals, ensuring a collaborative approach to their recovery.
• Utilize various counseling methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or person-centered therapy, depending on the individual requirements of each patient.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of treatment sessions, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans as necessary to adapt to clients’ evolving needs, effectively tracking their progress towards mental health outcomes.
• Engage with a network of mental health professionals to provide referrals for specialized care when required, enhancing the support system available to clients.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in counseling practices and mental health treatments to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care.

The LPC will primarily work with a varied patient demographic, which includes adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of rapport and trustful relationships with clients.

• Experience in a community health setting or outpatient clinic, particularly with a diverse patient population.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices, ensuring seamless care delivery.
