Clear Route Counseling, LLC is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify emotional and behavioral challenges faced by patients, developing tailored treatment plans to address their unique needs.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention, based on clinical best practices and patient assessments.
  • Consult and collaborate with families and other support systems to enhance patient care, ensuring that all involved are informed and engaged in the treatment process.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of patient encounters, including progress notes and treatment updates, in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, to report patient status updates, concerns, and treatment progress.
  • Participate in regular case reviews and interdepartmental meetings to contribute to ongoing treatment planning and discharge strategies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on children and adolescents who are experiencing difficulties stemming from past trauma, abuse, or behavioral disturbances. These young individuals may face a variety of challenges related to emotional regulation, social interactions, and developmental milestones. Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
