You will be working alongside a collaborative team of healthcare providers focused on holistic recovery in a Detox Center setting. The role entails regular communication and coordination with colleagues and support staff to maintain the highest standards of care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify emotional and behavioral challenges faced by patients, developing tailored treatment plans to address their unique needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention, based on clinical best practices and patient assessments.
• Consult and collaborate with families and other support systems to enhance patient care, ensuring that all involved are informed and engaged in the treatment process.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient encounters, including progress notes and treatment updates, in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, to report patient status updates, concerns, and treatment progress.
• Participate in regular case reviews and interdepartmental meetings to contribute to ongoing treatment planning and discharge strategies.

Our primary focus is on children and adolescents who are experiencing difficulties stemming from past trauma, abuse, or behavioral disturbances. These young individuals may face a variety of challenges related to emotional regulation, social interactions, and developmental milestones. As an LCSW, your role will be vital in providing support not only to the patients but also to their families, helping them navigate the healing journey.

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong capability in therapeutic practices.
• Proven experience in diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and implementing appropriate interventions.
• Exceptional proficiency in computer applications, including but not limited to MS Office Suite, electronic medical records systems, and other relevant software.

• Experience working in a Detox or rehabilitation setting, understanding the intricacies of addiction and recovery processes.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and approaches specifically tailored for youth.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse populations, considering cultural and social factors impacting recovery.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
