Who we’re looking for.

We’re looking for founding members of our enterprise sales team to be at the forefront of this industry shift, selling a category-defining AI product that’s capturing the attention of some of the biggest names in the world. You’ll own high-stakes, multi-threaded deals, develop and refine the enterprise sales playbook, and grind through complex cycles—from prospecting to negotiation to close.

This isn’t a walk in the park—it’s a high-intensity, high-reward role. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive seamless adoption and long-term expansion. You’ll also help shape the next generation of enterprise sellers at Spot AI, leveling up the team through mentorship and building repeatable, scalable sales motions that deliver big wins.

Compensation and Benefits.
  • Annual On-Target Earnings up to $330,000, based on demonstrated skills and experience.
    • 50/50 base/commission split. Commissions paid monthly on quarterly targets. Commissions are uncapped.

What to expect.

We like to move fast, and we also want you to have every opportunity to interview us as much as we’re interviewing you. Our process is highly interactive, and we encourage you to ask anything! Each step builds on the last.

  • Meet a Co-Founder – A 15-30 min conversation where either Rish (our CEO), or Sud (our COO) will share our vision, how the business is taking off, and the impact you can make. They’ll also want to dig into your experience a bit more, and understand what motivates you. You’ll likely spend more time with one or both co-founders later in the process.
  • Meet the People Team – You’ll meet with a member of our people team to get a deeper feel for our culture, and also cover logistical things like timelines and money.
  • Sales Advisor Conversation – A 30 min discussion with our exceptional sales advisor to dive into our approach and strategy, and yours! In this convo expect to highlight your sales process, including how you prospect, outbound, multi-thread a deal, and bring it over the finish line.
  • Mock Discovery Call – Time to show your skills in action! We’ll give you a prompt, and you’ll run a 20 min discovery call (on a product you know) with our founders, sales advisors, and/or sales leadership. Expect 10 min of real-time feedback and Q&A.
  • Meet Our Sales Leaders – If you haven’t already, you’ll connect with other sales leaders and AE’s to get their perspectives.
  • Final Conversations – If we’re here, things are getting serious! We’ll cover any open items and make sure you have all your questions answered. You’ll have another chat with the people team, plus have access to anyone else you want to meet, or talk to again.
