Key Responsibilities

  • Employ crisis de-escalation techniques to manage and support individuals in distress, serving as the Clinician of the Day and providing milieu support when necessary.
  • Document risk assessments and develop safety plans, ensuring completion on the same day for those at increased risk of crisis intervention.
  • Prepare and submit critical incident reports within 24 hours of occurrence to ensure accountability and reflect on service improvements.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, providing after-hours phone support for care coordination to maintain continuity of care.
  • Proactively engage with participants to minimize reliance on crisis services, focusing on preventive strategies and holistic support.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing mental health crises, those seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders.
