Job description

Pricing/Proposal Analyst Lead (Level 4)
What You Will Be Doing
As a member of the ADP Pricing and Estimating Organization, you will serve as the pricing lead for proposal efforts, responsible for compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements to develop compliant and competitive proposals in accordance with customer Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements. In this role, you will partner with functional organizations across the business to collect, analyze, and integrate proposal inputs while shaping business case analyses and pricing strategies that support organizational objectives.
You will play a key role in developing and maturing cost methodologies, supporting customer engagements, and contributing to contract negotiations. This position also offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the pricing and estimating function while providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced Proposal Analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pricing activities for proposals by compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements in response to customer RFP requirements.
- Coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance data from functional departments.
- Shape, develop, and mature business case analyses and cost methodologies that support comprehensive bid and pricing strategies.
- Develop pricing approaches that align with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Participate in should-cost reviews and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives.
- Support customer interactions related to proposal pricing and estimating activities.
- Serve as a member of contract negotiation teams and support negotiation activities.
- Interface with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and other audit agencies as required.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness within pricing and estimating functions.
- Provide day-to-day direction, guidance, and mentorship to less senior Proposal Analysts as needed.
