Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs thoroughly, utilizing evidence-based techniques.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals tailored to individual client circumstances.
• Deliver individual therapy, employing a variety of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices to enhance personal growth and psychological well-being.
• Monitor and document client progress accurately, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and state laws.
• Utilize our telehealth systems to provide virtual sessions, enabling access for clients facing geographical or mobility challenges.
• Engage in continual professional development through training opportunities, workshops, and seminars to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse clientele includes individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will work with clients of varying ages and backgrounds, allowing for a rich experience in tailoring your therapeutic techniques to suit individual needs. Our approach promotes inclusive care that recognizes the unique contexts and histories of each client.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards diverse populations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a varied caseload.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a teletherapy environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience working with trauma-informed care practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
