Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to diagnose clients and identify their individual needs, taking care to listen actively to their concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that utilize a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based methodologies.
• Set clear therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy options to reach clients who may face geographical or physical barriers to in-person visits, ensuring accessibility for all.
• Maintain ethical and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with professional standards.
• Participate in regular supervisions and team meetings, sharing insights and discussing best practices to enhance therapy delivery.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Transcendence Health Partners, you will work with diverse populations, including individuals who face trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.
• Organizational abilities to manage caseloads effectively while ensuring timely documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing mental health services via telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and how to implement them in treatment plans.
• Previous experience working in community health settings or clinics.

Compensation and Benefits

Transcendence Health Partners offers competitive salaries ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
