Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client needs, followed by the development of comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique background and circumstances. This may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-focused approaches.
• Set clear and achievable therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adapting strategies as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with various challenges while maintaining engagement through interactive tools.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions to comply with ethical and legal standards, helping to track client progress effectively.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to enhance skills and stay current with the latest therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as either an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in fields related to Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with team members.
• A strong capacity for empathy and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities to manage a diverse client caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While we consider candidates with various levels of experience, those with a background in teletherapy or a demonstrated history of working with client populations experiencing trauma and anxiety will be highly regarded. Enthusiasm for participating in collaborative treatment planning and a commitment to ongoing education in mental health practice are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Transcendence Health Partners offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, which is commensurate with experience and the individual's caseload. In addition to a strong compensation package, we provide numerous benefits including:
