Job Description
  • Lead revenue operations across sales operations, revenue planning and analysis, shared marketing operations, and broader commercial operational needs.
  • Own lead management processes, including routing, assignment logic, follow-up expectations, lead progression, and visibility into response and conversion performance.
  • Monitor sales activity, pipeline movement, opportunity progression, and CRM adoption to identify stalled deals, missing follow-through, and breakdowns in the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain revenue projections, pipeline reporting, performance dashboards, and early-warning indicators for sales and executive leadership.
  • Provide hands-on operational support to sales leaders and individual contributors by resolving system and process issues, improving workflows, and ensuring teams have reliable information to move opportunities forward.
  • Partner with marketing on shared operational responsibilities, including CRM cleanliness, tracking, UTM governance, database quality, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
  • Evaluate and improve the revenue technology stack, integrations, workflows, automation, and reporting infrastructure to reduce manual work and improve data reliability.
  • Use AI and automation to support data enrichment, account and contact research, record maintenance, workflow efficiency, and improved commercial insight.
  • Address broader commercial operational needs as they arise, particularly where unclear ownership, disconnected systems, or incomplete processes are limiting execution.
  • Document revenue processes, definitions, operating rules, and system requirements to establish consistent practices across teams.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, go-to-market operations, or a related function.
  • Experience owning a broad Revenue Operations remit across multiple commercial functions in a startup, growth-stage company, or similarly fast-changing environment.
  • Demonstrated success working both strategically and hands-on in commercial systems and operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM architecture, lead and opportunity management, pipeline stages, forecasting, activity tracking, workflow automation, reporting, and data governance. Hands-on experience in Salesforce required.
  • Experience developing revenue forecasts, pipeline analyses, dashboards, warning indicators, and executive-level performance reporting.
  • Experience with lead routing, lead lifecycle management, sales and marketing handoffs, campaign tracking, UTM governance, and attribution.
  • Hands-on experience with data enrichment, automation, AI-assisted research, or AI-enabled revenue workflows.
  • Experience evaluating and improving integrations across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, enrichment, and other commercial systems.
  • Demonstrated success untangling fragmented systems, solving poorly defined operational problems, and rebuilding ineffective processes.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently across commercial, technical, financial, and executive stakeholders.
