Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager – Food & Seafood (Retail)
Location: Remote (US-Based) | Up to 20% Travel
Compensation: 90K - $110K Base + 40% bonus
Remote – US only | Up to 20% travel

About the Role
Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for CPG or food sales looking to take the next big step in your career?
  
Our client is a global leader in seafood manufacturing (50+ years in business) is expanding its US Retail Division. We are seeking a driven, hungry Key Account Sales Manager to hunter new retail supermarket accounts and manage key accounts across North America. You will work directly with HQ Retail Buyers and category managers to drive growth for our fresh and frozen seafood lines.
  
What You’ll Do
  • Drive New Business (70%): Proactively target, pitch, and win regional and national grocery chains at the HQ buyer level.
  • Manage Key Accounts (30%): Nurture existing retail buyer relationships and expand shelf space.
  • Present & Negotiate: Deliver compelling, data-backed sales presentations to category managers and retail buyers.
  
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–6+ years of sales or account management experience in CPG, packaged foods, beverage, or food broker environments.
  • Direct experience pitching to HQ Retail Buyers or working closely on buyer-facing retail presentations.
  • Self-starter mindset with a natural hunter instinct and strong negotiation skills.
  • Analytical capability (comfortable with basic sales data/CRM tools).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Open to CPG Category Analysts |Associate Account Managers | CPG Food Brokers (Account Associates | Junior Account Executives
  
Compensation
Base salary $90K- $110K (based on experience) plus 40% bonus, plus 100% Subsidized health benefits, PTO, Paid Holidays, and a 401K
