The Opportunity As a Senior Staff Associate - Administration, you will assist with the managing of duties of the Contracts and Business Development. The Senior Staff Associate - Administration will assist with daily communications, including confidential files and notices; support internal systems that make document sharing and communications easier for Business Development, Contracts and Communications staff. This position will work with special projects in business development, contracts, and communications.

This role is critical to our internal engagements; the Senior Staff Associate - Administration will work on and lead a variety of cross-company projects and will participate in business development, including managing and monitoring Salesforce. Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills are key to successful performance in our matrixed environment. Responsibilities Defining, implementing, and revising operational policies and guidelines for the organization.

Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies. Providing group and administrative leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork and collaboration. Determining key performance indicators and how to measure team performance.

Providing tactical support to implement ideas. Working with leadership to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress towards goals. Overseeing strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation.

Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within business processes. Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives. Identifying and providing recommendations on improvements in Administration.

Implementing and administering systems across the organization (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho Desk) to ensure efficient and optimized operations. Contributing to business development by seeking opportunities and solicitations. Serving as Econometrica's representative on business development calls and at the corporate level Working with teaming partners to execute non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and business data calls for proposals

What You Bring to the Table Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desire to work in a dynamic team environment and the ability to work on multiple projects with a flexible mindset. Ability to digest large amounts of technical information quickly and incorporate learnings into policies.

Ability to self-motivate and work independently, as well as work within a team structure. Ability to assess a situation to determine what needs to be done and act without intensive oversight; able to follow a problem through to a successful resolution. Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Assumes additional responsibility without being asked. A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), including working in complex templates. Education and Experience Familiarity with Econometrica's processes and procedures.
