Role Overview
We are seeking a Reservation Specialist to assist with coordinating and managing travel bookings for clients. This role focuses on accuracy, organization, and providing reliable support throughout the reservation process.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Process and manage travel reservations, including accommodations, transportation, and packaged experiences
  • Review booking details for accuracy and completeness prior to confirmation
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates
  • Make adjustments to existing reservations as needed
  • Work with travel partners to confirm availability and secure bookings
  • Maintain organized records of reservations and client details
