Your role
Compensation: Base salary range $130,000 to $160,000, plus monthly commission, annual bonus potential and monthly auto allowance
Mission
Develop, lead, and manage the prime equipment business in the assigned region, including development and supervision of the regional sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development (70%) - Develop, lead, and manage the Prime Equipment - Industrial Air Technique business, including establishing goals for product sales in accordance with Atlas Copco standards. Develop customer satisfaction by understanding the needs and expectations of our customers and support the Net Promoter Score process. Prepare related business development reports and conduct/present relevant market analysis, with a high focus in Market Share development. Control expenses while maximizing Company assets, time, skills, and profit levels. Review business development strategies on a regular basis and recommend modifications and enhancements that will secure sales goals in line with growth targets for all products within the portfolio. Represent the Company at trade shows and conferences. Travel as necessary to achieve the objectives of this position. Maintain effective lines of communication with the Industrial Air Technique Business Line Manager, Product Marketing Managers, other Regional Sales Managers, and Regional Operations Manager. Enhance division and Company reputation and brand image by consistently working to implement the Company's core values of commitment, interaction, and innovation. Work in a safe manner and promote "Safety First"
People Management (20%) - Define the mission & targets for the regional sales team as they relate to the regional targets, with a high focus on Market Share development. Always enhance the professional image of colleagues through personal actions and initiatives. Achieve the results through management, monitoring, and accountability of the team. Ensure teams commitment to C4C or the relevant CRM system.
Personal Development (5%) - Update job knowledge (for both products and sales/marketing strategies and skills) by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; networking; and participating in professional organizations.
Reporting (5%) - Prepare reports as assigned relative to activity, lost orders, closings, follow-up, and performance against budget. Report on special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity, including recommendations for product, service, pricing changes and evaluation of competitive developments.
Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience
5 years of relevant industrial sales experience, including territory management, preferably in the compressed air industry.
Education
Four-year degree in business, engineering, or marketing. Advanced degree is a plus.
Skills
Must be a proven leader with experience in the execution of a stated sales plan and a record of constantly delivering results. Must be self-directed and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills. Must have proven business analysis skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Travel required. Must have a valid driver's license.

Up to 10% local travel, and up to 50-75% overnight travel.
