This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and presenting top talent while maintaining excellent communication with both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter acts as both a strategic hiring partner and a hands-on talent operator - balancing pipeline generation, process management, and candidate experience.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced recruiting environments, understands how to move quickly without sacrificing quality, and takes ownership of delivering strong hiring outcomes.
What You'll Own

• Help define hiring strategies based on market conditions and talent availability
• Draft and optimize job descriptions for visibility and candidate conversion
• Align sourcing strategies with hiring goals and urgency levels
Sourcing & Talent Outreach
• Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
• Source both active and passive candidates across multiple industries and functions
• Conduct direct outreach and personalized engagement campaigns
• Maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate databases for future hiring needs
Candidate Screening & Assessment
• Conduct structured phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate fit
• Assess communication, technical alignment, culture fit, and career motivations
• Use behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques
• Administer assessments, scorecards, or practical tasks where required
Candidate Experience & Communication
• Manage candidate communication from first outreach through offer stage
• Provide timely updates, interview preparation, and professional follow-up
• Ensure candidates feel informed, respected, and engaged throughout the process
• Represent the client brand professionally and positively at all times
Interview Coordination & Client Collaboration
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
• Gather structured feedback and maintain detailed ATS documentation
• Facilitate hiring debriefs and alignment discussions with stakeholders
• Keep hiring managers updated on pipeline progress, hiring risks, and market feedback
Offer Management & Onboarding Support
• Draft and present offers to selected candidates
• Support compensation discussions and offer negotiations
• Assist with onboarding coordination and candidate transition processes
• Ensure smooth handoffs between recruitment and onboarding teams
Reporting & Process Improvement
• Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and candidate progression
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment reporting
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend workflow improvements
• Support compliance with hiring and data privacy regulations
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Organized and capable of managing multiple active roles simultaneously
• Comfortable balancing urgency, quality, and candidate experience
• Proactive and solutions-oriented in fast-moving hiring environments
• Metrics-driven with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Able to build trust with both candidates and hiring managers
Required Experience & Skills
• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience
• Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, Workable, iCIMS, or similar systems
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and major job boards
• Experience conducting structured interviews and candidate evaluations
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
Preferred Experience
• Agency recruiting or high-volume hiring experience
• Experience recruiting for SaaS, professional services, finance, operations, or property management roles
• Knowledge of hiring compliance and employment best practices
• Experience supporting remote or international hiring
