Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with pre-screened clients, focusing on their unique needs and treatment goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's circumstances, providing a therapeutic structure that aligns with their personal growth.
• Keep accurate and timely clinical documentation using our integrated electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development to stay updated on industry best practices, innovative therapeutic techniques, and emerging research in mental health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to strategize client care and increase client engagement and retention.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will provide culturally competent care to ensure that therapy is relevant and effective for each client's background and experiences. Your empathetic approach will be vital in fostering trust and openness with clients, allowing them to share their stories and work towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• An active and valid Tennessee license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is a must to provide therapeutic services.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential to understand the complexities of client needs and therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years is required, candidates with 3-5 years of experience will have the advantage of enhanced clinical skills and a broader repertoire of therapeutic interventions. Experience in teletherapy or delivering services in a remote setting will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 110,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
