As a fully remote position, the Licensed Professional Counselor role offers you the flexibility to work from anywhere while remaining an integral part of our outpatient counseling team. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that address the mental health needs of each client.
• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing strategies that promote healing and resilience.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting to the specific challenges faced by each client.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards, legal requirements, and organizational policies.
• Stay abreast of current research in mental health and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health disorders, trauma, substance abuse issues, and relationship challenges. Your contributions will directly impact clients' paths to recovery and empowerment, guiding them through their unique therapeutic journeys while fostering a nurturing environment conducive to growth and healing.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to build effective therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies for documentation and record-keeping.

• Specialization in trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a remote healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated ability to provide culturally responsive care informed by clients' backgrounds and experiences.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, dependent upon caseload and experience.
