This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while engaging with clients through virtual platforms. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional well-being utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific client goals, adjusting strategies based on ongoing evaluations.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, to address various mental health issues.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date files.
• Provide crisis intervention support, equipping clients with coping strategies and immediate resources during times of acute distress.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists to ensure holistic care.
• Participate actively in clinical supervision and ongoing training workshops to enhance therapeutic techniques and stay abreast of industry advancements.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines, legal requirements, and standards set forth by licensing boards as you provide compassionate client care.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW).
• A strong foundation in clinical assessment and diagnostic techniques, alongside robust communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to client welfare, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions.
• Proven ability to work autonomously while also being an effective collaborator within a healthcare team.
• Solid understanding of ethical practices and legal aspects related to mental health counseling.
• A willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a related mental health counseling setting.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record management.
• Previous experience providing therapeutic services to diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency in therapy.
