• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, utilizing video conferencing and telehealth platforms.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring modifications are made to suit the virtual delivery system and the unique challenges of remote clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in compliance with state regulations and national standards, utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure confidentiality and adherence to best practices.

You will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents, providing them with the support they need to navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
