Job Summary: The Records Review Specialist is responsible for examining records processed externally by vendors or in-house by our colleagues. They are responsible for reviewing and editing records in accordance with state and federal laws as well as client guidelines.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Review records processed and returned by external vendors and/or in-house colleagues
  • Must work within guidelines to provide accurate results to our clients
  • Ensure all searches are processed and reported according to state and federal laws as outlined in AccuSourceHR's reporting guidelines
  • Preparing records to be dispatched to client
  • Analyze information and compare data sets to confirm matching identifiers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Meet or exceed minimum standard service requirements

Requirements
Education/Experience:
  • High School diploma (or GED) and minimum of 3 years of screening experience is required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Qualifications/Skills: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities for this position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to write clearly and informatively
  • Impeccable spelling and grammar; must be comfortable communicating via email, phone and Microsoft Teams
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite Software (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Strong organizational, time management & prioritization skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Careful attention and commitment to accuracy and detail
