Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to specific client issues.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to promote overall well-being.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring responsiveness to their evolving needs.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
