Job description

Responsibilities
The Senior Integration Analyst works under general direction to define high and low-level integration details simultaneously on vendors and interface customers' needs. Develops, configures, and customizes integration solutions by ensuring proper data mapping, transformation, and routing to facilitate accurate and timely data exchange. Leverages in-depth knowledge of HL7 interfaces to troubleshoot complex integration issues, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity. Ensures compliance with industry standards and protocols such as HL7v2 (X12), HL7v3 (XML and FHIR), and JSON using the Cloverleaf engine and Epic Bridges while implementing integration solutions, fostering seamless data exchange between diverse healthcare systems. Conducts thorough testing and validation of integration workflows to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsible for being team lead as assigned by management. Develops relationships and explores opportunities that support the clinical, financial and strategic objectives of the organization. Participates in establishing standards and procedures and advocates best practices. Serves as a liaison for vendors and internal customers in the implementation and maintenance of the integration systems. Regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Five years interfacing and/or scripting applications
  • Bachelor Degree
  • EPIC Bridges Certification - Must obtain within 6 months of hire.

Desired:
  • Cloverleaf Level II Certification
