The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating, optimizing, and managing property listings across all major rental platforms and websites. This role requires someone who thrives in a digital environment, understands rental market dynamics, and is capable of improving property visibility and occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, optimize, and maintain property listings across multiple rental platforms.
  • Monitor listing performance and adjust content, pricing, and photos to maximize visibility and occupancy.
  • Manage tenant inquiries, applications, and bookings professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and virtual or in-person showings.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics for all listings.
