This is the Role and Main Tasks

As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of customer projects, ensuring they stay on track regarding scope, schedule, budget, and quality. You will manage all aspects of project lifecycles, building lasting relationships with stakeholders and driving results through structured processes and communication.

More specifically, you will:

  • Manage multiple projects, end-to-end delivery of customer projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and defined success criteria are achieved.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and governance materials.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating clear and timely communication.

  • Track budgets and resources to maintain financial accountability and project profitability.

  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure smooth execution.

We are searching for a highly organized, customer-focused Project Manager with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering successful outcomes. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, and are comfortable adapting to changing priorities while maintaining structure and focus. You build trust with customers and internal stakeholders through clear communication, accountability, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Moreover, you:

  • Have 3+ years of project management experience within enterprise software, SaaS, or related technology environments.

  • Understand project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and related tools.

  • Possess strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Bring experience managing budgets, forecasts, and tracking project financials.

  • Have experience working with software implementation projects; experience with Master Data Management (MDM) solutions is an advantage but not required.

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; certifications such as PMP, Agile are a plus.

  • Are willing to travel as needed to support customers and project delivery.
