Standard Job Description
In this role, you will have a range of responsibilities during the program lifecycle and will be part of the team that navigates the program through detail design, build, deployments, and system decommissions. You will function as a lead to facilitate the implementation of the cutover and deployment requirements for the enterprise S4 HANA system and MES system deployment, and will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure a solid, comprehensive plan and vision for implementing a holistic deployment strategy. You will also be responsible for the following:
• Leading the implementation of the deployment plan requirements
• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure a solid, comprehensive plan and vision for how it will implement a holistic deployment strategy
• Product owner for the release as it relates to agile tasks
The ideal candidate for this role not only has the technical knowledge and background, but who is also a motivated, energetic self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment and who has demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries and geographical locations and to influence others.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience in Program/Project Management
• Familiarity with MES or SAP
• Familiarity with road-mappings
• Experience creating executive level presentations
• Experience with driving projects to completion
• Effective communications skills (verbal and written)
• Strong business analyst skills and people skills
• Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders concurrently
• Experience leading teams in a virtual environment
• US citizenship is required due to system access

  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $131100.00 - $243500.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $118000.00 - $219100.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $104900.00 - $194700.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $94400.00 - $175200.00
