Job Title: Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer

Location: Denver Metropolitan Area, CO

Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to support commercial construction projects from planning through completion. This role involves coordinating with project teams, managing project documentation, assisting with scheduling and procurement, tracking project progress, supporting financial documentation, and helping ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to contract requirements.


Key Responsibilities

Team Support

Project Coordination

Project Planning, Scheduling, and Procurement

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules.
  • Coordinate material procurement and help prevent delivery delays.
  • Track material deliveries and verify they meet project specifications and contract requirements.

Document Control

  • Prepare, review, maintain, and distribute project documentation, including:
    • Requests for Information (RFIs)
    • Submittals
    • Specifications
    • Construction documents
    • Architect's Supplemental Instructions (ASIs)
    • Closeout documentation
  • Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and action item lists.
  • Assist in preparing subcontractor agreements, trade partner scope documents, and vendor documentation.
  • Help track project budgets, change orders, and other financial documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Project Engineer or Project Engineer Intern in the construction, engineering, or architecture industry.
