We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects that support organizational goals. This role works closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The IT Project Manager applies project management best practices, promotes clear communication, and drives successful outcomes across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including scope definition, requirements gathering, scheduling, budgeting, resource planning.
  • Develop projects plans, timelines, and documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, system engineers, vendors, and business partners.
  • Track project progress and deliverables; regularly provide updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate as needed.
  • Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and procurement activities.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance, and quality standards.
  • Support change management, use adoption, and transition-to-operations activities.
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the PMO or IT department.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 + years of experience managing IT projects or cross-functional technical initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate work across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • 100% in office position.
  • Self-starter.
  • Willingness to work full-time in our Greenwood Village, CO office; this position does not support remote or hybrid work.
