Position Summary

We're seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support multiple business and technology initiatives across our organization. In this role, you'll work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities, monitor timelines, organize documentation, track deliverables, and help ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, problem-solving, and working in a collaborative remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status updates.
  • Organize project documentation and maintain accurate records.
