Salary Range: $88,570.00 to $142,600.00 USD

Position Summary:
Manages IT projects from inception, planning, execution, testing, through deployment. Educates IT team on project lifecycle methodology and best practices and creates and maintains project management templates, tools, and reports. Compensation is dependent on skills and experience.
Your contribution to the team includes:
  • Manage project intake, assessment, prioritization and approval.
  • Schedule and conduct project kickoff, project status, and project closure meetings.
  • Elicit project requirements and define project plan, work breakdown structure, requirements, scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Create and manage detailed project resource plan.
  • Identify and communicate a project's critical path, escalating variances to key stakeholders.
  • Track and update project tasks, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports and other key project information to all key stakeholders.
  • Create and encourage use of project documentation templates and artifacts.
  • Track project budget, identifying and escalating budget risks and issues to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain good attendance, is punctual and works full scheduled shift is a condition of employment.
  • Demonstrate respectful, professional and appropriate behavior that supports a team-oriented work environment.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the mission, core values and goals of HealthPoint and its healthcare delivery including the ability to integrate values of integrity, wisdom, creativity, cooperation, responsibility and respect into appropriate programs and services.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Must have's you'll need to be successful:
  • Associates degree in Business Administration or related field required and three (3) to six (6) years of direct IT includes experience creating project plans, managing project resources, tracking issues and risks, and running project meetings or equivalent combination of education and experience. BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Conduct meetings, communicate project tasks or issues to the appropriate member of management, prepare and submit project reports.
  • Identify and communicate a project's critical path, escalating variances to the critical path to the appropriate members of management.
  • Advanced ability to operate computers and related software programs such as Microsoft Office.
  • CompTIA Project+, PMI CAPM, or equivalent required; PMI PMP preferred.
  • CompTIA IT Fundamentals or equivalent required; CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, Microsoft MOS preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation preferred.

If you have received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, we ask that you provide documentation demonstrating proof of an alternate COVID vaccine or vaccine series. Additionally, if you work in a HealthPoint clinic, Tdap (within last 10 years) is required. Hepatitis B. is required for clinical employees with potential exposure to blood/blood products. All immunizations are a condition of employment. Upon hire, employees must provide proof of their immunizations and/or immune titer results prior to starting or no later than their fifth (5) business day of employment.

Each page of your records should include your first and last name, date of birth, and the name of the health system from which the records are pulled.
  • If records do not show any data, please seek guidance from your provider for further assistance.
  • If you are unable to provide proof as noted above, you can choose to have a lab titer drawn to check immunity or to be re-vaccinated. If you receive vaccination(s) or lab titers, you may obtain them through HealthPoint at no cost to you. This is a great opportunity to get your immunization record up to date at no additional expense.
