Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Program Manager- Global Growth & Revenue Optimization (GGRO) to own the operations and execution of pricing actions, product launches, and region launches across Azure's infrastructure portfolio. This is a high-impact, execution-oriented role at the center of how Azure gets products and pricing to market. You will be the person who turns strategy into commerce reality-driving monthly meter launch, ensuring pricing implementation accuracy, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, and continuously improving the operational engine that underpins GGRO's work.
You will partner closely with engineering, finance, product marketing, operations, and internal GGRO teams (Infrastructure, regional, partnerships, Sovereign) to deliver launches on time and with precision. Coordinate across cross functional teams, and engineering systems to ensure seamless execution.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the operational connective tissue between Business Planning, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams. Manage dependencies, escalate blockers, and keep launches moving through a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify bottlenecks, rework patterns, and inefficiencies in pricing and launch workflows. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cycle time, improve accuracy, and scale execution capacity-partnering with tooling and automation teams where applicable.
  • Quality & Governance: . Control meter launch quality to drive meter price accuracy and ensure compliance with price principles, commerce guardrails and standard workflows
  • Insights & Reporting: Track operational performance metrics (volume, cycle time, error rates, launch health), surface actionable insights, and communicate status to leadership.
  • Other: Embody our Culture and Values
