Job description

Job Role: Project Manager - Consent
Location: Remote
Salary: up to
$120k/ annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives.
  • Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to project management, including organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Utilize Jira and other project management software to track project progress, assign tasks, and monitor deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project goals and status.
  • Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, senior management, and clients.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in project management processes by applying best practices and lessons learned from past projects.
  • Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and foster collaboration to achieve high-quality results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
