Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group, partnered with a security and defense organization, is in search of a Contracts Administrator. As the Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for leading T&M, FFP and cost reimbursable efforts related to contract proposal support, development, negotiation and management. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience, a bachelors degree and is proactive, organized and detail oriented. If you’re seeking your next opportunity, apply now!


Responsibilities:
  • Execute full-lifecycle administration for a diverse portfolio of federal agreements, from initial RFP/solicitation risk analysis through closeout.
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize a high volume of complex agreements (including NDAs, teaming agreements, and prime contracts) while proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on mandatory federal flow-downs, ensuring strict adherence to FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific clauses across all active programs.
  • Partner closely with internal customers, program management, and procurement/subcontracts teams to align operational execution with contractual mandates and organizational goals.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of applicable experience to include negotiating NDA’s and Teaming Agreements
  • Must be familiar with the FAR
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
