Job description

Project Manager – Construction Final Cleaning Operations

Location: Richmond, VA
Starting Salary: $40,000 annually + with commission and performance incentives. Total compensation potential significantly exceeds base salary for high performers

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction final cleaning division. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the high standards our clients expect.

Responsibilities

·         Manage daily operations for construction final cleaning projects

·         Coordinate and supervise cleaning crews across multiple job sites

·         Communicate with clients, contractors, and field personnel to ensure project success

·         Schedule labor, materials, and equipment as needed

·         Conduct site visits and quality inspections

·         Resolve job-site issues quickly and professionally

·         Maintain project documentation and reporting

·         Ensure all safety and company standards are followed

·         Operate equipment when project calls for it

Qualifications

·         Previous management or supervisory experience preferred

·         Construction industry experience is a plus

·         Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

·         Strong communication and organizational skills

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

·         Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
