In this role, you’ll guide teams, serve customers with excellence, and help deliver work that reflects the high standards our employees, clients, and partners have come to expect from Procon.

As a Project Manager at Procon, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a talented team, take ownership of your projects, and make an impact every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent Procon’s values through professional leadership and collaboration

  • Lead commercial concrete projects from planning through closeout

  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and project documentation

  • Partner with customers, project teams  and trade partners to ensure successful delivery

  • Run effective meetings and maintain clear communication with owners, architects, and team members

  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders

  • Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and cost tracking

  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all contract requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction project management

  • Advanced blue print reading skills

  • Strong knowledge of ACI specifications, ADA requirements, and industry best practices (tilt-up, flatwork, slabs, hot/cold weather concreting, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, Foundation, Google Suite, Excel, and Bluebeam

  • OSHA 30 certification (construction)

  • First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to travel for projects

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
