• Provide exceptional, evidence-based therapy services through telehealth to a diverse clientele, utilizing therapeutic modalities that best suit individual needs.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges and goals.
• Facilitate therapy sessions that may include individual, couples, and family counseling, employing various therapeutic strategies and interventions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to achieve desirable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to regulatory guidelines and best practices for telehealth service delivery.
• Utilize our user-friendly telehealth platform to manage client scheduling, session notes, and follow-up communications efficiently.

Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, allowing you to apply your expertise in a compassionate manner that respects each client's unique experiences and cultural contexts.

• A Master's degree or equivalent in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Licensure as a mental health professional in the State of New York, allowing for independent practice (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices, ethical standards in therapy, and telehealth regulations.

• Previous experience providing telehealth services or remote counseling is highly desirable.
• A background in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or those experiencing trauma, is a plus, enhancing our ability to match clients with the right therapist.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and client management tools to streamline workflow.
