You will:

  • Become a trusted advisor working together with our clients, from data owners and analytic users to C-level executives
  • Drive multi-workstream programs delivering enterprise data and AI platforms and measurable business outcomes
  • Serve as the primary client-facing lead for project planning, delivery, risk management, and communication
  • Own program governance, including consolidated status reporting, issue/risk escalation, and stakeholder engagement

As a Program Manager, you will be expected to be a trusted advisor and advocate for the PMO, overseeing programs comprised of multiple projects, and reinforcing delivery best practices. You will collaborate closely with the various practices within Aimpoint providing ownership and support on both client engagements and internal projects.

Specific technical qualifications as follows:

  • 5+ years leading delivery in consulting/professional services, including multi-workstream programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to translate technical deliverables into measurable business outcomes and executive-ready communication.
  • Experience delivering modern data, analytics, and/or AI solutions in cloud and enterprise environments; able to partner effectively with engineers, architects, and analytics leaders.
  • Strong program governance and delivery management skills: integrated plans, dependency management, RAID, change control, and clear escalation paths.
  • Fluency across Agile, hybrid, and/or Waterfall delivery; able to adapt the approach to client context and team maturity.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • 3+ years working in a consulting firm
