To thrive in a Finance Analyst Rotational Program, you need strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and typically a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proficiency with Excel, financial modeling software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle is often required.
