Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Extensive background with subcontract management of cost, quality, schedule and technical program performance Experience with Systems, Applications, and Processes (SAP), or a related resource planning system Experience with training and developing early career team personnel, either formally or informally. Problem solving experience to include root cause corrective action Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) Desired Skills Experience with different contracting types, competitive and non-competitive procurements. Experience with Program or Project Management Interaction with senior management, suppliers and other external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between functional organizations Microsoft Office Suite experience. Able to achieve delivery to tight schedules in a dynamic work environment. Ability to manage multiple suppliers to meet cost, schedule and technical performance requirements of highly complex subcontracts. Experience with communicating to all levels of leadership Experience with written and verbal communications.
