About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Enterprise Business Analyst to support a high-impact initiative within a regulated financial services/government environment. This role is ideal for a consultative, senior-level BA who can lead end-to-end process and workflow improvements, while partnering directly with executive stakeholders.

This is not a traditional BA role โ€” we are looking for someone who can drive enterprise process transformation, bring a strong point of view on best practices, and leverage ServiceNow (SPM/PPM preferred) to improve intake, workflow visibility, and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process and workflow initiatives from intake through implementation and closeout
  • Partner with business leaders and executives to identify process gaps and recommend best-practice solutions
  • Gather and document requirements, while also providing consultative guidance and challenging assumptions when needed
  • Drive workflow optimization and process improvement efforts across enterprise systems and cross-functional teams
  • Utilize ServiceNow to support:
    • demand/intake processes
    • portfolio/project tracking
    • workflow visibility and reporting
  • Facilitate stakeholder sessions, working across business and technical teams to align on delivery goals
  • Support UAT, implementation, and post-go-live process stabilization
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, enterprise systems, or process improvement environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end process/workflow initiatives (intake โ†’ delivery โ†’ closeout)
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to recommend solutions, improve processes, and drive outcomes
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership or executive stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (beyond ticketing), including workflow, reporting, or configuration
  • Experience working in financial services, banking, or regulated environments
  • Strong experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow SPM or PPM modules (demand management, portfolio tracking, executive reporting)
  • Prior experience supporting federal/government clients (FDIC, DHS, or similar)
  • Active or prior Public Trust clearance
  • Experience with enterprise process transformation or ITSM initiatives

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • A strategic, high-impact Business Analyst who can move beyond documentation and truly drive process improvement
  • Someone who can operate independently, influence stakeholders, and communicate confidently at all levels
  • A professional who understands both business operations and technical workflows, and can bridge the two effectively

Why Join

  • High-visibility role with executive exposure
  • Opportunity to drive meaningful enterprise transformation
  • Fully remote flexibility
  • Competitive compensation and long-term growth potential
