You will engage with patients from various backgrounds, making cultural competence paramount in understanding and addressing their unique experiences and needs. Your ability to connect with clients will directly influence their engagement in the therapeutic process, thereby impacting overall treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

While the minimum qualifications emphasize essential skills and experiences, candidates with additional expertise related to trauma-informed care, specialized group therapy facilitation, or advanced crisis intervention techniques will be favorably regarded. Experience utilizing teletherapy methods will also be beneficial given the remote structure of this position.
