• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, establishing a clear understanding of their needs and treatment requirements.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs that target each client's specific challenges, leveraging evidence-based techniques to facilitate healing.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities suitable for various diagnoses and client needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatric professionals and case managers to create an integrated and multidisciplinary care plan that encompasses all facets of the client's well-being.
• Engage and educate clients’ families, offering guidance on how to navigate the healing process and foster supportive home environments.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards regarding client documentation.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will serve a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and adjustment disorders. Your role will directly impact their capacity to manage personal and relational complexities, contributing to their overall mental health improvement.

• Must possess a valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with clients.
• Demonstrate empathy and a nonjudgmental approach in dealing with clients' experiences and challenges.
• Possess exemplary organizational and time management skills to effectively balance client caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in providing therapy in a clinical setting, focusing on family dynamics and relationship issues is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and the ability to apply them effectively within treatment plans.
• Prior experience working in a community health clinic environment or similar setting is a plus.
