About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Network Administrator to manage, maintain, secure, and optimize our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

The Network Administrator will support network availability, performance, security, and reliability while collaborating with IT teams, employees, vendors, and leadership to resolve technical issues and improve network operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity.
  • Manage routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, and related systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
  • Configure and maintain network security controls and access policies.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and network authentication.
  • Monitor network traffic and investigate unusual activity.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and configuration changes.
  • Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  • Assist with network upgrades, expansions, migrations, and technology implementations.
  • Support remote employees with VPN, connectivity, and network-related issues.
  • Work with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot infrastructure and connectivity problems.
  • Maintain backup and disaster-recovery procedures related to network infrastructure.
