Director of Supply Chain Analytics
Location: Evansville, IN
Reports to: Vice President of Supply Chain, AFCD
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of supply chain continuous improvement (CI) strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to drive data-informed decision making across the supply chain organization.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and identify opportunities for further optimization.
- Champion best practices in Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies throughout the department.
- Mentor and coach supply chain teams in CI tools and data analytics, building organizational capability.
- Partner with IT and data teams to ensure robust data availability, integrity, and security for analytics initiatives.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of new processes and technologies.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to supply chain analytics and CI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or related functions, with a focus on continuous improvement and analytics.
- Proven expertise in deploying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies; certification (e.g., Black Belt) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects and deliver measurable results.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau).
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and presentation abilities.
- Experience managing and developing high‑performing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation
The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $0 to $0; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $0 to $0 depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. The position may also be eligible for Amcor’s Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.
The salary range provided reflects the anticipated base pay for this role at the time of this posting. This range is applicable to positions performed in jurisdictions with pay transparency requirements, including CA, CO, CT, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, NV, NJ, NY, RI, VT, WA, Washington DC, as well as remote roles that may be performed in these locations.
