Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled BI Developer to manage, optimize, and enhance their ERP and reporting environment. This individual will play a key role in supporting SAP functionality while developing impactful Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions that drive informed decision-making across the organization. This is a highly visible role working cross-functionally with finance, operations, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, support, and optimize SAP modules across finance, operations, and supply chain.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards and insights using Power BI.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models (DAX, Power Query).

  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from SAP and other systems to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline ERP workflows and improve system performance.

  • Maintain data integrity, governance, and security within SAP and reporting environments.

  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.

  • Troubleshoot ERP and reporting issues while providing end-user support and training.

  • Partner with leadership to deliver data-driven insights that improve operational efficiency and financial visibility.

  • Stay current on Power BI advancements to recommend continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
