Summary/Objective:

The Director of Project Management is a key strategic leader reporting to the Senior Director of ePMO, responsible for leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that support business objectives. This individual contributor role oversees projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment, governance, and measurable results. The Director partners closely with leaders across Finance, Operations, IT, Sales, Supply Chain, and the corporate ePMO to translate strategic priorities into executable project portfolios. This role provides executive visibility into project progress, manages risks and dependencies, and helps ensure initiatives deliver their intended business value.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the evolution of the Aftermarket project management framework in alignment with the corporate ePMO roadmap.
  2. Translate strategic priorities into a cohesive portfolio of cross-functional initiatives with defined objectives, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
  3. Oversee strategic programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consistent project governance.
  4. Facilitate executive portfolio reviews and steering committees to drive prioritization, decision-making, and risk mitigation.
  5. Establish and maintain standardized project management methodologies, governance processes, and stage-gate controls.
  6. Monitor portfolio performance through key metrics, including schedule, budget, risk, ROI, and benefit realization.
  7. Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  8. Partner with Finance to develop business cases and track financial and operational benefits throughout the project lifecycle.
  9. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, resolve escalated issues, and balance portfolio priorities, resources, and timelines.
  10. Ensure project portfolio data is integrated with enterprise systems and reporting tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Power BI, D365).
  11. Lead stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and change management activities to support successful project adoption.
  12. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Aftermarket President and senior leadership by providing strategic insights, recommendations, and portfolio updates.
  13. Foster collaboration across business functions, influencing teams and driving accountability without direct authority.
  14. Conduct post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, and ensure benefits are measured and sustained.
  15. Drive continuous improvement by strengthening project management capabilities, governance practices, and organizational project execution.
