Job description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Middle Microsoft Power Platform Developer in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to join a highly innovative digital engineering environment where you will design and deliver business-critical solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work on a wide range of internal process automation and enterprise applications, helping transform and optimize workflows across the organization. The position combines hands-on development with close collaboration with analysts, senior engineers, and business stakeholders. You will contribute to both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, while also building scalable automation flows using Power Automate. Working in a fully remote and agile setup, you will be part of a culture that values innovation, continuous learning, and high-quality engineering standards. This is a great opportunity for a developer eager to deepen expertise in low-code platforms while working on impactful, production-grade solutions.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions, including Canvas Apps for internal business processes and Model-Driven Apps built on Dataverse, ensuring responsive UI design, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
  • Build and support automation workflows using Power Automate, including cloud flows for business processes and desktop flows for RPA scenarios, while handling error management and system integrations.
  • Integrate systems and services using APIs, including REST, HTTP, and Microsoft Graph, and create custom connectors to support enterprise-level connectivity.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, sprint planning, estimation, and technical design discussions with analysts and senior developers.
  • Support solution lifecycle management including testing, documentation, code reviews, and deployment across Dev, UAT, and Production environments using managed solutions.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing applications and flows, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of deployed solutions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform development, including multiple production deployments across Power Apps and Power Automate. Strong expertise in Canvas Apps (Power Fx, responsive design, delegation, components) and Model-Driven Apps (Dataverse, forms, views, business rules) is essential, along with solid experience in Power Automate for workflow automation and integrations. You should have practical knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, and API-based integrations, as well as working familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Liquid, SQL, and JSON. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and the ability to break down technical requirements into deliverable tasks are required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and autonomy in a remote setup are key success factors. A degree in IT or related field is expected, along with a PL-400 certification (or willingness to obtain it). English (A2+) and fluent Ukrainian are required.

  • 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience
  • Proven delivery of at least 5 production Power Apps / Power Automate solutions
  • Strong hands-on experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Dataverse
  • Solid knowledge of Power Automate (cloud and basic desktop flows) and API integrations
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Liquid, SQL, and JSON
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and remote environments
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and self-management skills
  • Degree in IT or related discipline and PL-400 certification (or in progress)
  • Fluent Ukrainian and English (A2+)
Benefits:
  • Flexible work model (office or remote, based on preference)
  • Remote onboarding process
  • Annual or quarterly performance-based bonuses
  • Access to internal learning resources and partner training programs
